Title The influence of CCL5 to the exprssion profile of tumor associated macrophages (TAMs)
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary The aim of the dataset was to demonstrate that the gene expression profile of CD11bhiF4/80low TAMs are different from CD11blowF4/80hi TAMs in WT and CCL5-/- BALB/c mice which subcoutinious incubated with CT26 WT or CT26 CCL5 knockdown cell line. Furthermore, we also want to determine the different gene expression profile of CD11bhiF4/80low TAMs which seperated from the colonrectal tumor of WT mice and CCL5-/- mice

Overall design The mRNA profiles of CD11bhiF4/80low TAMs and CD11blowF4/80hiTAMs which isolated from the colonrecatal tumor of WT mice or CCL5-/-mice were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq X Tten.
