Title Gene expression analysis of tumour xenografts after injection of breast cancer cells treated with axolotl oocyte extracts

Summary Analysis of genes that were differentially expressed in axolotl extract reprogrammed tumour xenografts compared to untreated controls. The study provided insight into the biological processes, signalling pathways and gene networks affected by the oocyte extract treatment which resulted in halted tumour growth in mice.
 
Overall design Total RNA obtained from tumour xenografts collected at 12 weeks after injection of untreated or axolotl oocyte extract-treated MCF-7 cells.
