Summary |
To obtain the biologic insight of TET1 expression,we analyzed microRNAs expression profiles from 12 AML patients with high TET1 expression and 12 cases with low TET1 expression.

Overall design |
We selected 12 AML patients with high TET1 expression and 12 cases with low TET1 expression to assess the differences of microRNA expression. As a result, we identified 199 differently expressed microRNAs including 111 downregulated and 88 upregulated in high TET1 expressers.
