Title |
Impact of Ezh2 deficiency on differentiation of follicular helper T (Tfh) cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Comparison of transcriptome between control and Ezh2-deficient follicular helper T cells
|
|
|
Overall design |
Control mice or those are deficient for Ezh2 (deleted by CD4-Cre) were infected with vaccinia virus. Eight days later, CD44-high, CD62L-negative CD4+ T cells were further stained, and CXCR5+, SLAM-low follicular helper T cells were sorted cells and used for RNAseq analysis.
