Title Gene expression analysis of wild type and YAP-activated embryonic mouse stomach
Organism Mus musculus
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Hippo-YAP signaling plays important roles in gut development and homeostasis. In this study, we use RNAseq to analyze the gene expression profiles of wild type stomach and YAP5SA-expressing stomach at E13.5. The goal of this study is to understand the transcription program regulated by YAP in the developing gut.

Overall design Total RNA obtained from freshly isolated E13.5 stomach tissue from wild type and NKX3.2Cre;R26-YAP5SA animals
