Summary We compared differential gene expression profiles between wild type(WT) and Mkx-/- tendon to reveal how Mkx regulats tendon differentiation and homeostasis maintenance .
 
Overall design Expression profiles of tail tendons from 3-week old wild type (WT) and Mkx-/- mice were generated by next generation sequencing, in triplicate, using Ion Proton.
