Platform GPL924 Query DataSets for GPL924
Status Public on Jan 18, 2004
Title UCSF elegans_mod 19K array
Technology type spotted DNA/cDNA
Distribution non-commercial
Organism Caenorhabditis elegans

Description We used the Research Genetix primer pair set to create about 19 thousand PCR products, using C. elegans genomic DNA as template. We printed these PCR products at high density on polylysine-coated glass slides, closely adhering to protocols available at http://microarrays.org.
