Manufacture protocol
PCR fragments used for printing the microarray chip were amplified from the EST library in 96-well plates using vector-PCR amplification with T7 and SP6 universal primers on the GeneAmp PCR system 9600 (Perkin Elmer, Foster City, CA). PCRs were initiated with DNA denaturation (5 min at 96 ºC) followed by annealing for 30 s at 55 ºC and extension (1 min and 30 s at 72 ºC) steps carried out for 35 cycles. PCR products were puried and dried and then resuspended with a concentration of 100 ng/ μL.
