Transcriptional profiling of Ostreococcus tauri under light/dark cycles. In order to identify genes with a diurnal rhythm, cells entrained under 12:12 light/dark cycles were sampled every 3 hours for 27 hours with two overlapping time points at Time 9 (Light ON at Time 9; Light OFF at Time 21) in 3 independent experiments.

Pangenomic Ostreococcus microarray (8K)

(Submitter supplied) 1. 8096 gene-specific oligonucleotides (50-mers) were designed and synthesized by Eurogentec. 2. Oligonucleotides were resuspended at a 30 microM concentration in Nexterion Spot Solution 2X (Schott Nexterion). 3. Oligonucleotides were spotted in triplicate on Nexterion Slides E (Schott) using a Biorobotics MicroGrid II spotter (Genomic Solutions). 24k feature array comprises technical triplicates. 4. Positives (Cy3 labelled oligonucleotides) and negatives (spotting buffer) controls were added 5. Quality of spotting was checked by slide scanning using an Agilent G2565BA Microarray scanner (Agilent Technologies).
