Brain tissue of mice:sham group, the 3d after MCAO group, the 7d after MCAO group

(Submitter supplied) This study is the first to show changes of m6A abundance in circRNAs in cerebral infarction by Methylated RNA immunoprecipitation (MeRIP) and circRNA microarray. The bioinformatics analysis predicted the possible functions and related pathways of m6A modified circRNAs in secondary injury and the repair of cerebral infarction. Our results provide new insights into the molecular mechanism of infarct stroke.
