Arthropod Pathogen Microarray 1.5K v 1.0

(Submitter supplied) Oligos (Invitrogen) were suspended at 40 pmol/uL in 3x SSC and spotted on poly-L-lysine treated slides (Thermo) with silicon pins (~1 pL per spot). Arrays were allowed to air-dry. Post-processing: UV crosslinking followed by SSC/SDS shampoo wash and methylpyrrolidone wash.
