High-throughput laboratory evolution reveals global evolutionary constraints for antibiotic resistance

Here, we performed high-throughput laboratory evolution of Escherichia coli. The transcriptome, resistance, and genomic profiles for the evolved strains in 48 environments were quantitatively analyzed.
