(Submitter supplied) Multiple myeloma (MM) is a neoplasia of bone marrow (BM) plasma cells that remains largely incurable with current treatment. Advancing therapeutic discoveries has been hampered by the lack of genetically heterogeneous models of MM. RNAseq analysis of antibacterial mechanism of Cinnamomum camphora essential oil against Escherichia coli

(Submitter supplied) Transcriptome analysis plays a central role in elucidating the complexity of gene expression regulation in Escherichia coli. By analyzing the transcriptomics of E. coli treated with water, acetone, and Cinnamomum camphora essential oil, the inhibitory mechanism of the essential oil on the human intestinal microbe was studied.
