Sub-kb resolution Hi-C in D. melanogaster reveals conserved characteristics of TADs between insect and mammalian cells

(Submitter supplied) Topologically associating domains (TADs) are widely recognized as fundamental elements of the 3D structure of the eukaryotic genome.
