Description

The c.1046C>T (p.T349M) alteration is located in exon 8 (coding exon 7) of the PPM1F gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 1046, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 349 to be replaced by a methionine (M).
