Description

The c.7121A>C (p.E2374A) alteration is located in exon 51 (coding exon 51) of the SPTA1 gene. This alteration results from a A to C substitution at nucleotide position 7121, causing the glutamic acid (E) at amino acid position 2374 to be replaced by an alanine (A).
