Description

The c.2237G>T (p.R746I) alteration is located in exon 26 (coding exon 25) of the KNTC1 gene. This alteration results from a G to T substitution at nucleotide position 2237, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 746 to be replaced by an isoleucine (I). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
