Description

The c.5840A>G (p.K1947R) alteration is located in exon 26 (coding exon 26) of the APOB gene. This alteration results from a A to G substitution at nucleotide position 5840, causing the lysine (K) at amino acid position 1947 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
