Description

The c.770C>A (p.T257K) alteration is located in exon 9 (coding exon 9) of the SPO11 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 770, causing the threonine (T) at amino acid position 257 to be replaced by a lysine (K).
