Description

The c.1723C>A (p.L575M) alteration is located in exon 1 (coding exon 1) of the PCDHB13 gene. This alteration results from a C to A substitution at nucleotide position 1723, causing the leucine (L) at amino acid position 575 to be replaced by a methionine (M).
