Description

The c.888C>G (p.S296R) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 4) of the PLA2G3 gene. This alteration results from a C to G substitution at nucleotide position 888, causing the serine (S) at amino acid position 296 to be replaced by an arginine (R).
