Description

The c.3512G>C (p.R1171P) alteration is located in exon 27 (coding exon 25) of the MYH4 gene. This alteration results from a G to C substitution at nucleotide position 3512, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 1171 to be replaced by a proline (P). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
