Description

The c.259C>T (p.R87C) alteration is located in exon 4 (coding exon 2) of the RCCD1 gene. This alteration results from a C to T substitution at nucleotide position 259, causing the arginine (R) at amino acid position 87 to be replaced by a cysteine (C).
