Description

This variant, c.3385_3402del, results in the deletion of 6 amino acid(s) of the HCN4 protein (p.Ser1129_Gly1134del), but otherwise preserves the integrity of the reading frame. This variant is present in population databases (rs772582176, ExAC 0.04%). This variant has not been reported in the literature in individuals affected with HCN4-related conditions. Experimental studies and prediction algorithms are not available or were not evaluated, and the functional significance of this variant is currently unknown.
