Description

The variant is not observed in the gnomAD v2.1.1 dataset (PM2_M). A missense variant is a common mechanism associated with Boucher-Neuhauser syndrome (PP2_P). In silico tool predictions suggest no damaging effect of the variant on gene or gene product (REVEL:0.033<=0.4, 3CNET:0.011<=0.25, BP4_P). Therefore, this variant is classified as uncertain significance according to the recommendation of ACMG/AMP guideline.
