Description

The c.8184T>G (p.N2728K) alteration is located in exon 49 (coding exon 49) of the DNAH5 gene. This alteration results from a T to G substitution at nucleotide position 8184, causing the asparagine (N) at amino acid position 2728 to be replaced by a lysine (K). Based on insufficient or conflicting evidence, the clinical significance of this alteration remains unclear.
