| Scope | Link to use |
|---|---|
| Complete gene feature (genomic sequence) | From the graphic display, hover over the bar indicating the position of the gene. Click on the (i) icon at the top right of the tool tip, and scroll down. Links are provided to the sequence of the gene. |
| Complete RNA | The RefSeq RNAs link in the Related information menu at the right of the GeneTable and Full Report display options take you to the Nucleotide database where you can retrieve and analyze each RNA. |
| Complete protein | The RefSeq Proteins link in the Related information menu at the right of the GeneTable and Full Report display options take you to the Protein database where you can retrieve and analyze each protein (e.g., use BLink to compare any sequence to others in the Protein sequence database). |
| Single intron, exon, or coding sequence (CDS) | Display in FASTA format from the range shown in the corresponding table column. In the Nucleotide database, Display settings can be used to reformat the display. |
