Description A pool of RNAs obtained from 15 distinct human cell lines (Daudi from Burkitt's lymphoma, DLD-1 from colorectal adenocarcinoma, DU 145 from prostate carcinoma, FaDu from pharinx squamous cell carcinoma, GM-637 from fibroblast, H-146 from small cell lung carcinoma, HT-1080 from fibrosarcoma, HB4a from normal mammary luminal epithelium, HEK from human embryonic kidney, Jurkat from acute T cell leukemia, Saos-2 from osteosarcoma, SK-BR-3 from breast adenocarcinoma, SK-MEL-28 from melanoma, T24 from bladder transitional cell carcinoma and T98G from glioblastoma multiforme) were used as reference. Total RNA was amplified following the same protocol and used as reference for microarray hybridizations.
