Description
Sample description = RNA was extracted from lymphoblastoid cells of members of the CEPH Utah pedigrees. The cells were grown at a density of 5 x 105 cells/ ml in RPMI 1640 with 15% FBS, 1% penicillin-streptomycin, 2mM L-glutamine at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 chamber. RNA samples were processed and hybridized onto the Affymetrix Human Focus Arrays according to the manufacturer’s suggestion. Arrays were scanned and analyzed using MAS 5.0 software (Affymetrix).
