Sample GSM1509459 Query DataSets for GSM1509459
Status Public on Sep 27, 2014
Title Seg-1R 24h
Sample type RNA

Source name human esophageal squamous tissue
Organism Homo sapiens
Characteristics radiation sensitive or not: non-sensitive to radiation
tissue: esophageal
cell line: Seg-1
radiation time point: 24h of radiation
Treatment protocol cell irradiation was carried out with a 6MV-X-ray linear accelerator.
Growth protocol Cells were cultured in high glucose RPMI 1640 (Invitrogen) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (HyClone) and 50 unit/ml penicillin and 50 µg/ml streptomycin.Cellswere maintained in a humidified incubator with 5% CO2 at 37 oC and split every 3-4 days. Tumor
Extracted molecule total RNA
Extraction protocol The RNA was extracted from each cultured cell line using SV Total RNA Isolation Kit (Promega) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. The extracted RNA was then treated with RNase-Free DNase set (QIAGEN) to remove any contaminating genomic DNA according to the manufacture’s protocol.
Label biotin
Label protocol Reverse Transcription to Synthesize First Strand cDNA, Second Strand cDNA Synthesis, cDNA Purification, InVitro Transcription to Synthesize biotin-labeled cRNA, cRNA Purification

Hybridization protocol According to Illumina protocol
Scan protocol According to Illumina protocol
Description mRNA expression data from non-sensitive to radiation Seg-1 cell line at 24h of radiation
