48hpf kdrl:egfp zebrafish brains were dissociated using Liberase and pdgfr beta egfp postive cells FAC sorted into Trizol LS. RNA was extracted and amplified before sequencing. Samples were prepared in triplicate, with 6 brains used per samples.
