Overall design |
Collateral flow index (CFI) was obtained invasively by angioplasty pressure sensor guidewire, a group of patients with coronary artery disease CAD and a group without CAD were selected for peripheral monocyte isolation, RNA extraction and hybridization on Affymetrix microarrays.
