Summary |
Chromatin and RNA were extracted from young A. thaliana Col-0 rosette leaves. Chromatin immunoprecipitation experiments were performed using commercially available antibodies and analyzed by Illumina sequencing (ChIP-seq). Transcriptome data were generated by RNA-seq.
