Tomato seeds were coated with an Artemissia absinthium essential oil growth and inoculated with Fusarium oxysporum sp. oxysporum radicis lycopersici, sampling tissues after 12 days of inoculation, for RNAseq analysis, three independent biological samples were sampled from three independent experiments.
