Title |
Gene expression profiling of human-derived primary cardiomyocytes with lncRNA ZNF593-AS 5‘ end overexpression under phenylephrine stimulation |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
The aim of this study is to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying the function of lncRNA ZNF593-AS in cardiomyocyte under phenylephrine stimulation in vitro.

Overall design |
Human-derived primary cardiomyocytes were transfected with pcDNA3.1 or ZNF593-AS 5' end, the functional fragment of ZNF593-AS under the stimulation of phenylephrine. We extracted the total RNA 48h after the transfection and perform RNA-seq using Illimina platform.
