Title Expression data of shDIDO1 and shCtrl HUVEC cell lines
Organism Homo sapiens
Experiment type Expression profiling by array
Summary DIDO1(Death inducer-obliterator) gene localizes in the nucleus and cytosol, which is required in the early steps during the tumor progression and metastasis.
We analyzed the GeneChip expression profiles of human umbilical vein endothelial cells transfected by RNAi lentiviral vectors, shDIDO1 cell line and shCtrl cell lines

Overall design Firstly, we identified the DEGs between HUVEC cell lines (GSM4742969-GSM4742972) and the K562-HUVEC co-cultivated cell lines (GSM4742973-GSM4742976) by Human GeneChip primeview (Affymetrix, 901838). Four biological repeats were taken.
DIDO1 was identified as a key candidate gene, so we construct DIDO1-RNAi vector and transfected HUVEC cell lines. The DEGs between shDIDO1 cell lines (GSM4742963-GSM4742965) and the controls (shCtrl) (GSM4742966-GSM4742968) were analyzed by GeneChip. Three biological repeats were taken.
