    Data found that DLEU1 was up-regulated in CRC tissues. Its overexpression promoted CRC cell proliferation, migration and invasion. DLEU1 co-localized with SMARCA1 in CRC, and is indispensable for the deposition of SMARCA1 at the promoter of KPNA3 gene. Collectively, DLEU1 recruited SMARCA1 to epigenetically activate KPNA3, thereby promoting proliferation and migration in colorectal cancer.
