Design: Wizard genome prep, followed by Illumina TruSeq Nano DNA Library Prep Kit (Mech. Frag.). Samples were spiked with 1% PhiX174 genomic DNA and sequenced with MiSeq Reagent Kit (v2, 500 cycles-PE). Read library was filtered by trimmomatic using illuminaclip (TruSeq3-PE.fa:2:30:10 LEADING:3 TRAILING:3 SLIDINGWINDOW:4:15 MINLEN:75) and trimmomaticPE. Resulting reads should be paired and trimmed. Caution, PhiX174 contig, and one adaptor region were detected after assembly of reads and removed before WGS publciation.
