Study: Different expression of lincRNAs between wild type and oxaliplatin resistant HepG2 cell line

We found that there were 2109 differentially expressed lincRNAs between oxaliplatin resistant and wild type HCC cells, of which 1109 were up-regulated lincRNAs and 1000 were down-regulated lincRNAs. Overall design: According to the construction method of drug-resistant HepG2 cells, we screened oxaliplatin resistant cells, detected the expression of lincRNA in drug-resistant cell lines and wild-type cell lines, and analyzed the up-regulated and down-regulated lincRNAs after summarizing the differentially expressed lincRNAs.
