show Abstracthide AbstractMicrobial genomes and metagenomes isolated during the 2013 Southern Line Islands Research Expedition. The samples are from coral reefs in the central pacific. These genomes and metagenomes are largely Virbio, Pseudoalteromonas, Serratia, and Rugeria species. The metagenomes were taken from the surface of the reef at 30m depth.
