SRX5057740: RNA-seq of Pseudomonas aeruginosa CLJ1
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 3.2M spots, 161.3M bases, 121.8Mb downloads

Design: The preparations of the Illumina libraries and sequencing were done by standard procedures at the Biopolymer Facility, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA.
Submitted by: Biosciences and Biotechnology Institute of Grenoble - CEA Grenoble
Study: Pseudomonas aeruginosa CLJ1 genome sequencing, transcriptomics, and proteomics
show Abstracthide Abstract
CLJ1 is a type-III-secretion-system-negative Pseudomas aeruginosa strain isolated in 2010 from a patient with fatal hemorrhagic pneumonia. This project aims to study this strain in more details by performing genome sequencing, transcriptomics, and proteomics analyses to get insights into the molecular mechanism of phenotypic adaptation.
Sample: Pseudomonas aeruginosa CLJ1
