SRX474659: Illumina paired RNA-Seq of human breast tumor sample S39
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 210.8M spots, 21.1G bases, 12.1Gb downloads

Design: Illumina TrueSeq paired-end sequencing of mRNA-seq libraries constructed from fresh-frozen samples. Autopsy breast tissue sample was flash frozen on dry ice. RNA was retrieved using Qiagen RNeasy mini kit. Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Cat#RS-122-2001) was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. rRNA was removed using standard Illumina protocols.
