Study: Global increase in DNA Methylation during ripening of sweet orange [RNA-seq]
show Abstracthide Abstract
Using RNA-Seq to analyse the gene expression pattern in five fruit ripening stages in sweet orange Overall design: RNA-Seq: five sweet orange fruit ripening stages
Sample: 210 days after bloom rna-seq repeat3
SAMN08330599 • SRS2815927 • All experiments • All runs
Organism: Citrus sinensis
Library:
Instrument: Illumina HiSeq 2500
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: PAIRED
Construction protocol: Total RNAs were extracted using the TRIzol (Invitrogen) method, and RNase-free Dnase (Qiagen) was used to remove contaminating DNA before RNA-seq. Total RNAs were sent to Genomics Core Facilities of the Shanghai Center for Plant Stress Biology, SIBS, CAS (Shanghai, China) for library preparation and sequencing using standard Illumina protocols.
