Study: ZIC2 ChIP-Seq in KSHV latent and lytic reactivated BCBL-1 cells
show Abstracthide Abstract
ZIC2 is required for the maintenance of KSHV latency in human host cells. To understand the molecular action of ZIC2, we map ZIC2 binding sites across the KSHV genome in BCBL-1 cells using ChIP-Seq analysis. Overall design: Examination of ZIC2 binding in KSHV latent and lytic reactivated cells
Sample: Input DNA in lytic cells

Organism: Homo sapiens
Library:
Instrument: Illumina HiSeq 3000
Strategy: ChIP-Seq
Source: GENOMIC
Selection: ChIP
Layout: SINGLE
Construction protocol: DNA was sonicated to an average size of ~300 bp using a Diagenode Bioruptor. Chromatin DNA from 1 X 108 cells was used per immunoprecipitation assay with 10 µg of ZIC2 antibody ChIP-enriched and input DNA samples were used to generate Illumina-compatible libraries with the KAPA LTP Library Preparation Kit (Kapa Biosystems, KR0453) according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
