To investigate the difference of gene expression regulated by JMJ4, we performed RNA-seq assay of jmj4 mutant and wild type plants under control and cold treatment conditions. Overall design: For RNA-seq, jmj4 mutant and wild type plants were both subjected to 25 degree and 4 degree treatment for 12h, then leaf samples were collected for high-throughput sequencing.
