Study: Neoadjuvant intratumoral immunotherapy with cowpea mosaic virus induces local and systemic antitumor efficacy in canine mammary cancer patients.
show Abstracthide Abstract
This study evaluated the efficacy, safety, and effects on treated and untreated tumors, and clinical impact of neoadjuvant intratumoral empty cowpea mosaic virus (eCPMV) immunotherapy in CMC patients. Overall design: Impact of neoadjuvant intratumoral empty cowpea mosaic virus immunotherapy on canine mammary cancer gene expression profiles generated by RNA-seq and tumor size in treated and untreated patients.
Sample: T312 [HA_012]

Name: GSM7767090
Instrument: NextSeq 2000
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: SINGLE
Construction protocol: Snap-frozen tumor samples were used for rna isolation. RNA was extracted using the Rneasy Mini Kit (Qiagen, Redwood City, CA) after homogenization by beating with 2mm stainless steel beads in Qiagen RLT buffer. RNA-seq libraries were prepared using the Lexogen QuantSeq Rev kit following manufacturer's protocols and sequencing as single-end, 100bp reads on a NextSeq2000 instrument.
