Gamma-delta T cells prevent CRC. To understand the criticial role of Gamma-delta T cells in CRC, AOM-DSS tumors from mice lacking TCR?d and with TCR?d cells were used to isolate epithelial cells to study gene expression by bulk RNA sequencing. Overall design: Bulk RNA sequencing of epithelial cells from mouse CRC tumors induced by AOM-DSS.
