iPSC generated from healthy controls and FOXA2 knockout (KO) were allowed to undergo hepatic differentiation, and RNA was collected from hepatic progenitors (DAY 10) and mature hepatocytes (DAY21) for next-generation sequencing. Overall design: Transcriptomic profile of FOXA2 KO iPSCs - derived progenitors and mature hepatocytes was compared with healthy control from two biological replicates.
