show Abstracthide AbstractIn the Drosophila wing imaginal disc, by using a inductible degradable version of Med19 degradation with RNAseq, we got access to the early consequences of Med19 depletion on gene expression. We showed that less than a quarter of the genes expressed in the wing disc were deregulated after Med19 loss. Strikingly, these genes exhibit a spatio-temporal expression pattern like transcription factors or Notch responsive genes that reveals Med19 dedicated role in the regulation of developmental gene transcription. Overall design: RNAseq was done on drosophila wing discs from female ub> Med19AID L3 larvae that were either fed with Auxin analog NAA (AIDUbAux) to induce M19 degradation, or not (AIDUb) as a control. A second control was performed to monitor Auxin effect on drosophila wing discs from female Med19AID L3 larvae that were fed with Auxin (AIDAux).
