Study: Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of CHAA Transcriptomes
show Abstracthide Abstract
Purpose: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) has revolutionized systems-based analysis of cellular pathways. The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived strain JSTW transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) and to evaluate protocols for optimal high-throughput data analysis Overall design: mRNA profiles of JSTW strain were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate.
Sample: A2 (experience group)

Library:
Instrument: Illumina NovaSeq 6000
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: SINGLE
Construction protocol: strain JSTW were centrifuged and collected, flash frozen on dry ice, and RNA was harvested using Trizol reagent. Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit (Cat#FC-122-1001) was used with 1 ug of total RNA for the construction of sequencing libraries. RNA libraries were prepared for sequencing using standard Illumina protocols
